A source confirms to me…
That the alleged incident that happened in Dyersburg at Abe’s Steakhouse is currently under investigation by the District Attorney’s office
The short version, a witness in the trial reported that he had a situation with a person connected to the trial. That lead to what is being labeled as “threats.”
Under TCA code.. if this incident was found to be criminal in nature. A law enforcement source tells me that 39-16-510, Retaliation For Past Acts , fits the described situation.
